#276 When Your Initiation Makes You The Villian

In this episode, Holly talks about a side of Manifestor initiation that we don’t always name: the moments where our initiation doesn’t open a new door, but closes one. Sometimes the most loving thing we can initiate is not what someone wants from us, but what they actually need, especially when a wounded pattern has become harmful and continuing to make space for it is no longer love.

Through a recent personal experience, Holly shares what it felt like to initiate an ending, set a boundary, and stop keeping someone else’s wound comfortable. She explores how easily Manifestors can become the villain in someone else’s story when our initiation disrupts a pattern they weren’t ready to face, and why someone resisting our initiation doesn’t automatically mean we were wrong.

This is a nuanced conversation about informing, consent, control, power and responsibility. Holly unpacks why we need to be deeply aware of our motives when our initiation impacts other people, while also learning to build enough safety in ourselves to hold an initiation that may never be understood, appreciated or welcomed by the person receiving it.
