Payment Plan Policy

Thank you for choosing a payment plan for your purchase with The Manifestor Community! We are thrilled to be able to accommodate your financial needs wherever possible. To ensure that we continue to be able to offer payment plans on most of our products, we have a few ground rules that need to be followed. This ensures that we can keep the payment plan system in place for everyone!

 

Here are some things you need to know:

By purchasing with a payment plan, you are agreeing to a legally binding finance arrangement between yourself (the client) and The Manifestor Community (trading as the Herbig Family Trust). This is a legal contract, and you have certain obligations upon entering into it.

 

These obligations include:

  • Payments will be deducted from your selected account/credit card every month from the date of commencement. We cannot change these payment dates as they are an automated system
  • You agree to make payments on time, each month, with funds available in your chosen account to ensure the payment is honoured
  • Failure to make payment on time will commence a debt recovery process from our team
  • After your first payment is missed, you will be contacted via email as a notification. You will be expected to respond to this communication and make payment within 72 hours
  • If you miss your payment a second time, you will be contacted via email as a notification. You will be expected to respond to this communication. You will then be expected to make the missed payment/s within 72 hours
  • If you miss payment a third time, you will be contacted via email as a notification or followed up via social media if you have not responded to previous emails. You will be expected to respond to this communication and you will also have all access removed to your purchased products (previously paid for products will remain accessible), as well as the Instagram page and the Manifestor Network Facebook group. You will not be given access again until all outstanding money is paid. 
  • Please note: Our intent at The Manifestor Community is to provide a supportive and safe arrangement for you to make payment. We endeavour to do this to the best of our ability. If you are experiencing financial distress in any way, please contact us at [email protected] so we can make an alternative arrangement for you. We are always willing to find a way to support you financially. These are decided on a case by case basis. We understand that money can be difficult to talk about, however we cannot provide assistance without communication. So please contact us!

 

If you miss a payment and do not respond to the 3 communications from us:

  • If you continue to not respond to our communications and/or make payment on your outstanding amounts, we reserve the right to pursue legal action under the Australian Consumer Law Act 1992. You may be contacted by a legal representative or by a debt collection agency. In this instance, interest may be charged at our discretion and we also reserve the right to enforce your payment of any additional legal or debt collection fees that have arisen from our pursuit of payment
  • After the third missed payment, you will also have all access removed to your purchased products (previously paid for products will remain accessible), as well as the Instagram page and the Manifestor Network Facebook group. You will not be given access again until all outstanding money is paid. 



If you miss a payment and DO respond to our communications to make an arrangement, we are able to offer:

  • Support in getting your payment details updated in the Kajabi system
  • If you wish to cancel the payment plan for change of mind, this is deemed as a refund and all products are under a strict no refund policy due to their digital nature. As such, we are unable to cancel payment plans.
  • For those who need it, a Pause and Extend (available ONCE per payment plan). This is for customers in legitimate financial difficulty. You may pause your payment plan for up to one third of the time of your plan (Eg. 1 month for a 3 month plan or 4 months for a 12 month plan). This will extend your payment plan, and after the pause, payments at the same $ amount will continue until the debt is paid off. While on the pause, you cannot access their product. Failure to meet any of the payments that restart after the pause will result in removal from all unpaid products, blocking from Facebook group/s and blocking from Instagram until you are in the right financial standing with The Manifestor Community. 
  • For those in extreme financial distress due to unforeseen circumstances (major ongoing illness, death, bankruptcy, natural disaster, etc) who cannot meet the Pause and Extend option, an exception may be made to clear the debt entirely and remove access from the product. This must be approved by Holly first and is on a case by case basis. No refunds will be given for previous payments. Unfortunately, if you find yourself unable to meet payments due to non-extreme financial distress circumstances, you will be offered a Pause and Extend, and no option of cancellation.
