Over 3 sessions we will work with together to regain connection to your sovereign self. Your TRUE ESSENCE through spiritual and energetic practices using voice, light language, sound healing and somatic practices.
What You’ll Receive

Session 1 - Exploration. Let’s explore where you are. What wants to be heard. And dig a little deeper to see beneath the surface and what’s really going on. Breathe out, let your nervous system settle. You’re safe here with me.
Session 2 - Expansion. The main event. We take everything we’ve learned and open space for the magic. We tap directly into the SOUL. Here is where we channel, together. Allowing the frequencies to come through. The body to recalibrate, the mind to clear and the inner knowing to come forwards (my 3rd eye is tingling as i type
that)
We clear, we detach, we call in and we let go. We reignite and you REMEMBER who the fuck you are.
Session 3 Integration. This session we explore what unfolded. What that means for you, and most importantly what you can do with this new found knowing to continue on this vibration and frequency. How to honour yourself and protect your energy and boundaries.
What will unfold in your session I will never know. But what I do know is that it will be profound and exactly what you need.

If you book a coaching session with one of our coaches, you will receive an email confirmation with the contact details of your coach and next steps. All further communications in relation to your coaching will be sent to you by the coach directly.
In the case you do not receive the coach email instructions within 72 hours (Monday to Friday), please contact our team at [email protected] and they will assist you. If you have not been able to resolve the situation, book a session or contact your coach in 10 days after the moment you made your purchase, you can enquire about a refund.
