At The Manifestor Community, we don’t run things top-down in the normal structure of business. We run things in collaborative rhythm, with many voices supporting the vision with our individual creative expressions.
Instead of a single leader holding all the weight, we operate as a living ecosystem. Each person brings their own creative genius, their own energy and their own urges to the work they lead. We each take a role, and in doing so, we keep the community alive.
We are ALL Manifestors (well, we have one Projector!) so we’re not here to be managed.
We’re here to move things forward with our initiating energy. Together.

MEET HOLLY:
4/6 SPLENIC MANIFESTOR + FOUNDER OF THE MANIFESTOR COMMUNITY
I’m Holly, a 4/6 Splenic Manifestor and the founder of The Manifestor Community. For over five years, my work has been devoted to understanding and articulating the Manifestor experience, how we’re designed to initiate, lead, rest, communicate, and move through the world in ways that don’t mirror the dominant systems around us.
My background spans more than 15 years across business, healthcare, and human development. I’ve built and run multi-million and multi-six-figure businesses, trained as a certified Human Design and Gene Keys teacher, and certified across modalities including clinical hypnotherapy, breathwork, EFT, meditation, Reiki, and trauma-informed coaching. Before founding The Manifestor Community, I worked as both a registered nurse and a business consultant.
Everything I’ve studied, built, and lived comes together in this work, fully supporting Manifestors to reclaim their power, honour their cycles, and create lives, relationships, and businesses that are aligned with who they actually are.

MEET CARO:
1/3 EMOTIONAL MANIFSTOR, VA + COMMUNITY SUPPORT MANAGER
I’m Caro, the Community Support Manager at The Manifestor Community. My work centres on creating spaces where Manifestors feel genuinely seen, supported, and connected. Community and support have been central themes in my journey, especially through my work in community management, social media, and virtual support.
Before becoming self-employed, my path moved through many roles such as journalism, event coordination, hospitality management, language tutoring, translation, sales, customer support, and content creation. Each of these experiences became an essential piece of the skill set I bring into my work today. I now support aligned clients with their workload, whether through social media or VA-related tasks, bringing structure, responsiveness, and care into everything I do.
I’ve worked alongside Holly for over 2 years as Community Manager for The Manifestor Community and also host the Incubator Calls, where connection between Manifestors is at the heart of the experience. Stepping into the role of Community Manager felt like a natural evolution, allowing me to initiate projects and experiences that bring Manifestors together and bridge the work of our wider departments. Originally from Germany and now living in Southern Spain, following the urge to move abroad has been one of the biggest catalysts for my growth.

6/2 SPLENIC MANIFSTOR + HEALING PRACTITIONER
I’m Roa, a Danish 6/2 Splenic Manifestor the Healing Pracitioner for The Manifestor Community. I am a trained and authorised medical doctor, but my work extends far beyond conventional medicine. I'm also a trained Ayurvedic practitioner and Kundalini teacher. I see humans not as separate from nature, but as nature itself; cyclical beings existing in constant relationship with the world around us.
I work with holistic health and balance across three interconnected levels: the physical and embodied, the mental and emotional, and the spiritual. Healing, to me, is about restoring balance within and between these layers. My work weaves together modern medicine with Ayurveda, herbalism, homeopathy (including metaphysical understanding), and other holistic and spiritual modalities. Everything is connected, and true healing involves caring for the viscera, energetics, and the deeper wounds and patterns that shape the body.
I am trained in Ayurveda through NAYA Copenhagen and educated as a Human Design Guide under Luca Sofia, the first to bring Human Design to Denmark. My most recent qualification is in Kundalini, which I believe has a significant impact on Manifestors. As the Healing Practitioner at The Manifestor Community, I finally get to hold all of my wisdom and experience as one unified practice. It is my deepest joy to bring holistic, embodied healing to Manifestors, honouring their cycles, their nervous systems, and their innate design.

MEET GEOFF:
4/6 SPLENIC PROJECTOR + PROJECT MANAGER
I’m Geoff, a 4/6 Splenic Projector and the Project Manager at The Manifestor Community (I also happen to be Holly's husband!). My role is to take the constant stream of creative urges flowing through the team and translate them into clear, executable project plans, so urges don’t just live in vision, but make their way into the world.
With over 20 years’ experience as a senior project manager and business analyst across government and corporate sectors, I’ve led and delivered complex, high-stakes systems including national infrastructure projects such as the Australian voting enrolment system. Alongside this, I own and operate a property maintenance business specialising in real estate sales, bringing practical, grounded execution into everything I manage.
At The Manifestor Community, I’m the backbone that allows the business to move at pace, supporting 15–20 launches each year through structure, timing, and strategic oversight. As a Projector, my gift is seeing how energy wants to move, where it needs guidance, and how to create sustainable systems that support long-term impact. I contribute to this community with care, precision, and deep respect for the Manifestor process, offering the kind of guidance that allows creative leadership to thrive.
