I’m Holly Herbig. A 4/6 Splenic Manifestor and the founder of The Manifestor Community that you're now *digitally* standing in.
In 2019, I burned down a six-figure coaching business the moment my rest cycle hit. No backup plan and incredibly, no safety net. I just collapsed into the pull I felt to stop.
From that collapse came a Creative Urge: “Speak to Manifestors. Only Manifestors.”
It didn’t make sense. I would lose most of my audience (that I'd spent years building) and I wouldn't be recognised as a legitimate Human Design teacher because nobody else was speakng only to one type. But I followed it.
The Manifestor Community was born, and it grew fast. By 2023 I knew that it wouldn't survive if I couldn't adjust to a way of doing business that was rhythmic, like my energy. If I stayed linear, I would collapse again.
So I created a Seasonal Business model and put it in place in a messy, unsure, but determined way.
Since then, every program, product, and resource has been built inside a seasonal model. My whole team of Manifestors live and lead this way. Together, we’ve sustained a multi-six-figure business not by pushing harder, but by honouring our rhythm.
