    We begin with somatic shaking. Gentle, powerful, and deeply instinctive. This practice gets you out of your head and into your body. Out of analysis and into aliveness.

    You’ll be invited to use your voice—not to perform or explain—but to feel. Simple vocal tones will guide your nervous system into deep regulation. You’ll ground into the earth and into yourself.

  3. Open and Receive
    With your voice and body online, Diana will channel live musical medicine— a transmission created just for this moment, just for this group. Every note carries a frequency. You’ll feel it.
